1.6 miles walking, 45 min rowing
I did it. I rowed 45 minutes. I skipped the HIIT patterns because I just didn't feel like it today.

I'm 7 lbs lighter than I was nearly 3 weeks ago. Go me.

I forgot to mention that R has been pointing at everything and saying "dis" for "this". He wants to know what everything is called. Sometimes he'll point to several different parts of something to see if the answer might change (e.g., clouds, sky, sun, trees). T used to do the same thing.

Tonight, going out for dinner. Pizza perhaps.

i love rowing. i could just sit and row for a long long time, it's gREAT!

I love rowing boats on lakes and rivers. Rowing on the machine is one of the best workouts I can imagine but I'd much rather be outdoors running or biking. Plus, doing HIIT cycles is too intense to be pleasant.

Where do you row?

i don't row anywhere anymore.

at the gym though i would do it for a half hour easy, for some reason i'd just lose myself. my pipes were awesome then too. :)
